How can a restaurant that doesn’t accept reservations capture customer information, increase customers spend and encourage repeat business?  In coordination with the marketing team of Legal Sea Foods, my solution was an integrated in-restaurant and web campaign that included a free newspaper that requested customer sEamails. More than 10,000 copies were distributed yielding a huge “catch” of customer email addresses for this renowned sea food restaurant group.
